Evaluation
In our DepicT! video we tried to use as many different camera movement as possible, to give different emotions and feelings in the character, fro example we used close ups to show the reaction on the characters face when he seen the objects appear. But the one thing we have to work on is making sure we keep the camera in the same spot so when we shoot again the camera screen is in the same spot as it was after we put the objects in shot.
In the mise-en-scene we tried to keep the objects in the same place for when we had to put the other objects in to give the illusion of the objects appearing after the dice had been rolled. But we should had looked to see if there was any objects in the background that shouldn't have been there.
In the editing we had incorporated some good effects because we had used some dissolved for when the objects had appeared after rolling the dice. Also we used some swipes and fades to give the illusion of time passing bye. But if we had kept to the time schedule we would have had more time to improve on the editing and add some better special effects.
For sound we kept the short film quite apart from a short bit of dialogue "ow sh" at the end of the film. We used some appropriate music to go with the mood the short film is expressing. And for the mise-en-scene we had kept to our story boards as best as we could be keeping the camera angles and movement the same, as well as the camera shot. But we had to add in some other objects appearing into the shot because otherwise the film would be to short and wouldn't completely make sense.
